Use this settings screen to always forward your toll free number to another answering point. Add
some time of day routing rules to change the answering point after hours.
Use this feature to spread the load and have your inbound toll free calls answered by up to 5
other people. Time of Day routing lets you manage shifts and ensure there is always someone
there to talk to your customers.
Put your toll free service into top gear with a virtual receptionist. Set up your IVR call flows
in the Go live portal, then create custom greetings for each department and upload via the GO
live portal. Add Time of Day Routing for increased management of call flows.
Use your GO800 service to get everyone on the same track and turn your toll free number into a
conference room. Default is 10 participants; you can increase on request via a support ticket.

Call Recording is free on all GO800 numbers so it's easy to record your sales calls for future
reference and training. You can download recordings via the Call Records tab in GO live or email
them directly to your inbox. Recordings are stored on our servers for six months - if you wish
to keep them longer we recommend you download and store locally.
You will need to enable recording in the settings screen as the default is off.
Go800's powerful voicemail service has everything you need. Set PIN codes for remote access and
the email address your messages are sent to along with the time to wait before sending callers
to voicemail. You can listen to voicemail directly from your email inbox, download them in GO
live or access them via the phone. This is also where you'll need to go to upload custom
greetings.
Our Reverse Answer feature saves you money on your inbound mobile to GO800 calls. It works by
playing mobile callers a message asking them to hang up and your GO800 service calls them right
back. If you don't want to save money you can disable the feature here.
Use one number to service to entire country and still send your callers to your local team.
GO800s free Geo routing feature lets you decide where to send your calls based on their
geographic location. With multiple levels and time of day functionality send calls where you
want without even thinking about it.
